For those that may travel or are unable to make it to the gym—or if you just prefer the comfort of your own home—this program is for you! With remote training, we can create workouts for you that can be done anywhere. Weekly phone calls, video chats, and texts will keep you on track.

What To Expect With Remote Training

Very little equipment is needed. If you do not have any equipment, we can build a program for you that utilizes your body weight or items you find around your home. This program includes:

  • Goals set with you, in writing. When possible, meet face-to-face for measurements. (If not possible, this will be handled via Zoom)
  • Daily Texts to ensure you are held accountable & getting your workouts done.
  • Workouts tailored for you each day.
  • Nutrition Tracking and Review.
  • Weekly Zoom calls to make sure any questions are answered regarding form, safety. (These calls may be more frequent to start, just to ensure understanding.)
  • Weekly newsletters that include recipes to add to your healthy eating.
  • Daily phone calls or texts to keep you upbeat and progressing.
